We recently had Modern Plumbing re-plumb our house due to a broken pipe in the original plumbing. Every service man that came to our home was friendly, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. They not only fixed our house within 2 days, but they also cleaned up well before they left and always took off their shoes while in the house (a big bonus for me!). Our main service man was Barry and he was awesome! He went above and beyond to get our house fixed quickly and even did extra while he was here and after he left! He was patient answering all of the questions we had and explained every detail to us during the process. We are very impressed with this company and their employees; we will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing repair.

Modern Plumbing is great. Very professional. Craig Glick replaced a hose bibb in an exterior cinder block wall for us. It was a little more involved because the old hose bibb was not threaded, so he had to punch a small access hole in the wall. The entire repair took one hour and other than the fact that we need to apply some touch up paint where the hole was punched, you can hardly tell he was there. This company is highly rated on Angies List, and I can see why. Thanks, Craig!

Our fourth visit from Modern Plumbing in two years (the house is aging faster than I am); three were emergencies involving eminent water damage. In each case we were afforded an immediate response by an impressively professional technician, each of which left a pristine work site and the impression that the issue would never require attention in the future. Plumbers are like Doctors and Mechanics; if you find a good one, hang on them. Modern Plumbing obviously has high standards for their personnel and Ray Diaz is no exception.

Great, great company. The tech, Mike Hennessy, went above and beyond. He waited for us to arrive back home since we were out at the time the service call came, covered his shoes so no dirt got in the house, but most importantly, was very friendly and efficient. The repair was quick and the work done was fantastic. He also took time to explain the repairs, so we would know if we were in need of service in the future. Would highly recommend! Great people!

I had a leaking toilet. After an awful experience with another plumbing company, a friend recommended Modern Plumbing in Winter Springs. They called me back right away, went over costs and sent an e-mail with the service man's information. David was very professional. He showed me the bad parts, corrected the problem and cleaned and caulked the base of the toilet. He was done in about half an hour. Professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would recommend Modern Plumbing to family and friends and definitely use them in the future.
